Update 3

This update has some known bugs, but I wanted to go ahead and push this out so I could get this logged before the due date in 2 days. This Update has fixed the enemy AI, made them shoot, added scenes like a menu, instructions, and settings, and will soon do a lot more, just gotta iron out some stuff.
